Job Profile :
Analysis of,
Carry out the testing & analysis of various additives, Monomers, Emulsion, Driers, Surfactants, Oils, Resins (Amino, Epoxy, Alkyd, Polyester, Polyurethane) etc.
Analysis of Finished Products (Paints).
Testing and analysis of Solvent Base Paint, Water Base Paint, Industrial paints.
Shade Matching of Finished Products & Intermediates by Colour computer & visually.
Handling the color computer and there calibrations.
Daily monitoring of the Shades, QRI (Quality Rate Index) of All Batches.
Preparing & maintaining monthly data of Plant QRI.
Ensuring adherence to strict maintenance of Quality Standards to avoid complaints.
Taking Stock of Master samples & ensures procurement of the same from Technology.
Handling of customer complaints and analysis.
Regularly Conducting the PCP Aud
its for various Processes.
To maintain and adhere to Good house keeping practices “5S”.
Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure & Maintaining of All Records and Document in Laboratory.
