Design OF Pneumatically Operated Welding Fixture
B.E. project (Sponsored By MARIGOLD DIES & TOOLS PVT. LTD. Bhosari, Pune- 411 026.)
** This project involves study of basics of fixture and welding, need of fixture, location principle.
** In this work, welding fixtures are designed considering all the welding factors like access to its welding area cycle time, and availability of space for fixture.
** Pneumatic clamps allow the automatic clamping Since the mounting bracket consist of number of child parts which have to be welded to each other with a specified tolerance and weld quality.
** The dimensional errors occurred during the manufacturing of the various parts of the fixture are found out using CMM (Coordinate measuring machine).
** The deformation on the various parts of de fixture which are welded to its base plate have been found using FEA by using ANSYS software.
Diploma Project : Electrostatic Spray Gun
The project entitle Electrostatic Spray Gun the aim of the project is to reduce the wastage of fertilizers sprayed on crops so that there is minimum wastage of fertilizers and more fertilizer is gained by the crops. It is very beneficial for farmers.
