Job Profile :
** I am doing job as a Design Engineer in Boiler manufacturing company. I am used to with design and calculation of boilers of different type as per IBR standards. I am also used to with ASME code for pressure vessels design, heat exchanger design etc.
** I have knowledge and used to with working and design of other accessories of boilers like APH, WPH, MDC, Bagfilters, Heat Transfer units like Economisers & heat exchanger, chimney calculation as per IS 6533 code, steam separators, thermopacks, etc.
** I am also doing drawing of whole plant GA layout like for dairy boiler plant, Piping & instrumenation diagram, all types of mounting and fittings etc.
** I am also intrested in QC. As I am used to with IBR inspection steps and I have knowledge of different test for boilers and pressure vessels.

DEVELOPMENT OF ROTARY MECHANISM FOR EDM TO INVESTIGATE MACHINING CHARACTERISTICS OF INCONEL600.
Description : In EDM only linear movement of tool is there but I developed rotary attachment for giving rotation to the tool. So the material removal rate increases with increase in tool rotational speed with better surface finish.
Software used : Creo 2.0, Minitab 17, Easy NN-plus.
