Responsibilites :-
** Performing daily monitoring of SAP R/3 system like status of Work processes, Application servers monitoring, Update Errors, Lock entries, ABAP short dumps, System Logs, Backup Logs, File system monitoring.
** Based on the Error Analysis, propose solutions to implement notes, program corrections and activities like Kernel upgrade and system incompatibility issues which can be corrected by patch upgrade.
** Monitoring critical production background jobs and Spool issues, buffers and workload analysis.
Based on the observations, performed root cause analysis and update the client teams for parameter changes, schedule background jobs to non-peak hours, increase the frequency of Spool reorg jobs.
