Description :
The client is a leading customer in building constructions and this project is to develop a PLC program for Electrical automation and simulation the display in SCADA. This PLC program used to automate the houses in such away DG generates on automatically when EB power goes off and vice-versa.
This project is used to automate the light settings on Parking and Lawn after 6PM and gets off at 6AM. SCADA is used to display the output which isused for further maintenance such as EB reading, Gasreading of every house through MODBUS. This is also used to display theexisting solarenergywhich can be used by the houses.

Title : Auto Slicing Machine.

Description : This machine is used to automatethe Tube slicing process. During theprocess, thetube is placedin the table and table would come forward when the knife would move up and cut .After cutting the tube the knife would comedown when the clamp gets closed and it would heat thetube. Then clamp and table would be reversed. PLC program is done to automate the above process. We could change the timing in HMI. PLC program was written in such away to automate such 17 machines

Title : Master and slave synchronization.

Description : This machine is used to automatethe Paper making process.
During theprocess, theWaste paper mixed in water and grind it .that paste will pore on conveyor .this conveyor controls by five rollers .this rollers will rotator with the help of motors. Drives will control these motors. There are five Motors (1MASTER and 4 SLAVES) and each motor have each drive. Synchronize all Drives according to their speed. If master speed will increases reference of master drive all slave also increases or decreases slave drives speed also. As per the customer requirement. PLC program is done to automate the above process. We could change the Master Drive speed in HMI.

If DOOR-1 will open then remaining Door-2 and Door-3 will locked. When Door-1 will came to home position all door are in unlock position .if any emergence then press emergence Button .when we will press that Button then all door are unlockPLC program is done to automate the above process. We could check and control the door status in scada (SITE EDITION) . PLC program was written in such away to automate such 22 halls.
