TDS:
** Get Proper booking of the bills/ invoices in the system and proper deduction of the TDS at the appropriate rates.
** Monthly Deduction from Salary.
** TDS Deduction From various Payment & Issue the certificate same.
** Monthly Payment of TDS.
** Quarterly E-Return of TDS.
** Proper accounting and tracking of TDS certificates Payable and ensuring that the same are Issuing on time.

Accounting Vendor/Creditors:
** Evaluate PO in terms of period, value, deviation norms and suggest amendments
** Verifying the amount charged by the party is as per the contract.
** Proper booking of the bills/ invoices in the system and proper deduction of the TDS at the appropriate rates.


Working of TDS, Service Tax.
** Follow-up with the branches for the purpose of invoices / Posting.
** Ensuring that the creditors are paid on time.
** Monthly Processing of the payroll.
** Checking the payroll processed by the HR department which would include verifying of attendance, profession tax, provident fund, ESIC, Loans / Advances, Income Tax deductions & any other deductions as applicable.
** Booking the payroll entry in the system and ensure that the payments for the same are executed within proper time.
** Calculation interest on advance payment as per contract.

Accounting Customer/ Debtor’s:
** Proper accounting of the sales bills raised to the party.
** Daily entering of collections and cash sales
** Follow-up with the branches on daily basis regarding collections and cash sales.
** Periodic scrutiny of Debtors Ledger.
** Proper accounting and tracking of TDS certificates receivable and ensuring that the same are collected on time.
** Calculate Interest on late Payment as per Contract. Generate aging report to ensure timely recoveries of due payments and manage length of credit
** Monitor sales/service invoices and debit note on regular basis against sales billing, records of delivery challan and reconciliation sales invoices.
** Follow up for bills collection by coordinating with the regional sales team

Handling G/L Accounting Item:
** To Make Profit & loss account, Balance sheet as per schedule VI
** Bank Reconciliation of all banks-Assisting in the preparation of data to be submitted to the bank within the time frame
** Handling petty cash & Main Cash.
** Preparation of month wise, quantity wise and amount wise MIS statement for Sales
** MIS Statement on month wise Revenue and Expenses
** Vendor Bills Report-Stock Transfer In Report-Stock Transfer Out Report
** Sales Register (along with calculation for monthly VAT & CST payable and reconciliation with physical stock)-Physical Stock Verification and reporting on monthly closing inventory duly reconciled
** Monthly various head wise statutory payable report.
** Reconciliation of accounts with HO and Inter branches-Banks, Debtors-Creditor.
