Responsibilities :
Review and verification of project execution plan.
Review of client- s quality control procedure.
Review of all drawings issued for constriction to make sure all drawings comply with standard specification and project procedure
Earth work and all civil construction projects like concrete structure, equipment foundations, control buildings, substation buildings.
Responsible for all inspection of civil industrial and commercial construction work to effectively implement quality workmanship in accordance with approved plan and specifications. Responsible for all civil inspection activities for various projects covering construction of next structure for electrical and mechanical including excavation trenching, concrete foundation, steel and pipe supports etc. Supervising concrete curing. Review and verification of method of statement for all repair and rectification works. Coordination with third party testing such as filed density test, cylinder crushing, material load test, material analysis and inspection for quality of incoming materials. Monitoring and inspection for all type of grouting (Epoxy & Cementitious). Checks excavations for sub grade as per project plan and specifications. Attends and witnesses all related tests that will conducted by the independent testing laboratory as part of quality control documents.
