Roles & Responsibilities  :
** My role is initial assessor in the literature case processing team.
** Search for literature tittles with abstract from EMBASE
** Search will be assigned to every associate according to the drugs marketed by client (valeant) by the person authorized for allocation
** Search for each and every product will be done by using product specific search string
** Downloading the literature abstracts in the EXCEL format
** Making necessary modifications in the EXCEL sheet which is downloaded with the tittles to make it ready for import in to LitTRACE
** Importing the modified excel files with literature abstract data into literature database so called LitTRACE.
** Import should be done with respective string of the product, date and the specific week number.
** Checking whether the imported count of literature abstracts coincides with the count which we got during the search in embase.
** Reviewing literature abstracts to confirm whether the arti


cle is ICSR or PSUR.
** This is done to decide whether the case to be created or not to the particular literature article.
** Doing the quality check for reviewed abstracts done by initial assessors.
** Marking the errors if any done by the initial assessors during review of abstracts and notifying them.
** Prepairing the order list of full text articles for those tittles which are required during abstract review especially while reviewing the ICSR tittles.
** Reviewing the full text articles to confirm whether the article is valid for case creation, the tittles which can be excluded and with that the invalid tittles also.

Previous Work experience  :
1.Claims Associate  :
Claims Associate in UNITED HEALTH GROUP for 6 months from 19th July 2016 to 20th January 2017

Roles & Responsibilities  :
** Receiving plan codes from concerned SME (subject matter expert)
** Preparing data entry instructions word document files which are required to complete the work of assigned plan codes.
** Pulling data of assigned plan codes in to excel format by using tool PHBIT which is user specific mainly used to pull the data in to excel format.
** Then signing in into UHG specified windows application so called RxCCR in which 28 different contents will be present.
** By following the instructions present in data entry instructions load the excel sheet data into RxCCR application.
** Once the work is done one should check and doublecheck the completed work to find any errors before submission
** If there are no errors, then submission of work to concerned analyst.
** Maintaining the quality score of work correctly in each month in turn which will affect the rating

2.Pharmacist  :
Pharmacist in Ayush Super speciality hospital, from 23rd November 2013 to 20th may 2016

Roles & Responsibilities  :
** Drug dispensing to the outpatient as per doctor’s prescription.
** Dispensing of medicines to in-patients as prescribed by referral doctor of the patient
** Preparing the report for daily sales of drugs and submitting to pharmacy in-charge
** Receiving the bulk stock of medicines from vendor.
** Indent preparation for the purchase of drugs which are required to respective vendors
** Maintenance of separate document (or) register for handling NARCOTIC DRUG.
** Monitoring the in-patient drug prescription chart to confirm whether the proper dispensing is done to in-patient according to patient’s referral doctor.
