Key Responsibilities :
Man power planning for all production zone.
Train the people through proper training plan.
Giving proper training to members for surface quality concerns with grade (L1,L2,L3,L4) through MSA.
Control the inline DPU thru inline check man in all body shop zones.
Immediate feedback system to the zone through Quality Leadership System.
Implementing the effective Check point through Control Point.
Validate & Monitor the Counter Measure effectiveness.
Involve in CAL & GFCPA meeting with QUALITY and DESPATCH team to solve the Customer concerns
Defect drive back to the zone through CCAR & follow up for effective counter measures with target date.
Supporting and to production team for taking effective counter measure.
Drive the Incoming defects from Press shop, supplier parts.
Ensure the condition & usage of Spatter guards at each zone periodically through Zone Process Audit
Monitor paint shop and assemblyshop for body shop related quality problems and implementing the effective Check point through QLS & BQR.
Follow up the Zone bye-off Travel Card system at each zone end.
Quality Concern closing thru CCAR sheet by reviewing the TDR
Prepare and follow training plan to achieve self-improvement challenges.
Review the progress of SBI through monthly audit
Control items monitor to achieve Team targets through Body shop Health chart review.
Encourage and involve Team members for more contribution of Kaizen and Reward the top and best Kaizens
Involve members for resolving the concern through QOS & WSR.
Closing the Customer end concerns through QIFF.
Involving the TS 16949 audit and list up previous NC points and close this with in target date.
