Sales and business development  :
** Ensure capturing of lead generated for savings and current accounts in sales force and tracking for closure.
** Meet the HNi customers for large funds and life insurance.

Customer Service  :
** Review & monitor AOF rejection cases, account closures, overdue FD & FD maturity data and renewals.
** Scrutinize and verify customer requests, AOFs as per prescribed checklist before dispatching for processing. Informing customers in case of rejections, if any.

Driving key C-SAT metrics by  :
** Closure of SRs, CR's, complaints within applicable TAT and handling irate customers.
** Daily checking of common pending folder of the branch and individual employees to ensure that no customer request is pending with the staff along with random drawer audits.
** Ensuring quality creation, assignment and timely resolution of SR's.

Customer engagement program  :
** Organizing customer meet at the branch in last Saturday of the month also personally contacting customers.
** Ensuring that the issues raised by customers at the sessions are resolved to the customers' satisfaction.
** Ensure lobby management during peak hours.

Compliance & Risk Management  :
** Ensure operations, risk control and process adherence at branches
