HEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT :
** Check that Subcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all the HSE applicable procedures, regulation and standards, promoting all necessary action to ensure that the said procedures and regulations are observed.
** Implementing of Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk Assessment (RA), and HAZOPs in day to day operations.
** Organize, plan and participate to periodical HSE walk around, Inspections and Audits on site, prepare all the relevant reports, action plans, verify the follow up and the timely execution of the corrective action.
** Organize and participate to all relevant site HSE Meetings, prepare the relevant MOM.
** Participate in case of work accidents a full investigation of the event, finalized to the identification of corrective measure to avoid reoccurrence.

** Evaluate the performance of artificial lift systems and recommend improvements as necessary.
** Determine and evaluate optimum artificial lift solutions to maintain productivity of wells.
** Monitor corrosion and resolve paraffin and scaling issues by using different stimulation techniques.
** Perform reliability and failure analysis of well and surface network to establish root cause analysis of failure and suggest mitigation techniques for future operations.
** Provides assistance in testing and intervention rig spotting/rig up/rig down operations.
** Participates in technical studies concerning water injection and artificial lift projects, oil and gas operations, facilities optimization or modification.

DCS OPERATIONS :
** Experienced in DCS (Yokogawa CS3000/Centum VP)oversee and ensure safe smooth and efficient operation of well head, valve assemblies, process plant and utilities system also make corrective action regarding any operational disturbance, Coordinate with area operators for field adjustments also inform Production Supervisor of any irregularities. Act as communication hub for plant and off plot operations.
** Monitoring of trends and perform logical corrections to prevent interruptions of system operation
** To perform trouble shooting ofplant and to maintain on-specification products i.e.
Temperature, Pressure and multiphase flow.
** Maintaining proper communication and coordination with plant operators, other sites operation team, Fire & rescue services and HSE team for variation in plant operation.
** Monitorsthe chemical injection rates to meet crude oil specifications. Knowledge of field and lab evaluations and applications of chemical programs used for Oil/Water Separation, water management, corrosion, scaling etc.
** Logging of plant parameters in log sheets, events in log book and also prepare daily shift reports.
** To perform smooth startup and shut down of plant, wellhead and valve assemblies as per SOP.
** Hands on experience of various artificial lifts likeESP, Jet pumps & PC pump operations and performance monitoring used to optimize the heavy oil production.
** Scheduled testing of wells through Multi Phase fluid Flow Meter (MPFM- Phase watcher), Interpretation of well test data & ensuring efficient well flow management system.
** Monitor and record the status of all F&G, ESD and process control overrides ensuring compliance and removal at the earliest opportunity. Follow up of PTW system and maintain their record.

FIELD OPERATIONS :
** Excelling Field Operation of Oil/Injection wells & Production facility of capacity 120,000 BOPD and 500,000 BWPD of Polymerised Water injection by co-ordinating with the petroleum/reservoir & EOR team for daily well intervention/process activities & work over jobs to maintain oil production.
** To develop, direct and manage shift routine & non-routine daily operation activities, including trouble shooting, plant turnarounds and controlling different operating parameters/variables.
** Identify and suggest priorities for enhancement of Process function and compile process improvements reports.
** Lead the team during process improvements /debottlenecking projects and prepare timely reports of the performance post project completion.
** Coordinate plan for shutdown and chairs shutdown meetings with respective departments to decide Scope of work requirements and prioritise tasks in cost effective manner.
** Assist in commissioning hook up activities, shut down and repair operation by providing hydrocarbon free lines and vessels.
** Planning, scheduling and implementation of monthly/yearly maintenance for critical & non critical equipment i.e. mechanical, instrument and electrical surface equipments, process equipments, well heads, artificial lifts surface equipment.
