** Prepare job descriptions and post the vacancies on various paid and unpaid portals like Naukri Portals, LinkedIn ,Indeed ,Freshers world ,Careesma, Hirist and many others sites with the help of concern departments.
** Resourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, headhunting and Conducting Telephonic , F2F and tech round Interview with their respective departments.
** Take the feedback of Interview from Technical Departments and convey the feedback to the Management and arrange the final round If required.
** Completing joining Formalities and documentation, preparing offer letter, employment contract.

HR Administration :
** Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
** Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records, issue letters, etc.
** Prepare monthly Salary &OT.
** Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.
** Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
** Present the employees performance report in front of managements.
** Celebrations - Diwali, Holi , Birthday ,Festival, and other company events
