JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Involved in the design, drafting and fabrication of various jigs and fixtures for the fabrication of aerospace components for PSLV, GSLV MK-II, GSLV MK-III and Satellite projects. It includes design and fabrication of Main assembly jigs, Sub assembly jigs, welding fixtures, Drill jigs, forming tools, Drill and routing templates and Chemical milling templates.
** Preparation of CAD layouts for the purpose of fabrication and inspection.
** Attending shop activities like tool proving, sorting out of tooling problems etc.

II. Skin panel sub assembly jig for 2/3u of PSLV.
III. Skin panel sub assembly jig for 2/3l of PSLV.
3) Design of Trimming & Welding Fixture for gsLVM3 tank internals
4) Design and fabrication of drill jigs
i. For Heat shield splicers of gsLVM3.
ii. For baffle sector of lox baffle assembly (gsLVM3).
iii. For baffle sector of mmh & mon3 baffle assembly (PS4-PSLV).
5) Design of Machining Fixture for gsLVM3 tank internals.
6) Design & fabrication of assembly jigs for HSP projects
