Have strong industrial experience of more than 11 years in Fabrication Industry. Worked with “Unique Chemoplants Equipments”, “Ziemann India Pvt. Ltd.(GERMANY-MNC)” & ”Praj Industries Ltd.” (All an ISO 9001 :2008 & U-Stamp accredited company) in Manufacturing-Fabrication & Vendor Development Department.
PRESENT STATUS :
Presently working with M/s “Unique Chemoplants Equipments” as Deputy Manager-Production (Workshop Incharge) in Fabrication-Manufacturing division located at Thane, since Sep 2010. An organization engaged in manufacturing of customized process equipments like Reactors, Heat Exchanger, Columns, Autoclave, Hydrogenator, Jacketed & Limpeted type reactors, Silos, Storage Tanks, etc.
CURRENT WORK PROFILE :
** Responsible for Fabrication of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Columns, Reactors, Storage Tanks, process equipments, etc.(As per ASME section VIII Div I & TEMA)
** Pre-Production meeting, scope of work. Fixing the man power/contractor. Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling all shop floor activities.
** Utilization of all the available resources such as manpower, machineries, materials & place. Meet the customer requirements for deliveries & Quality product.
** Organize work schedules, Entrusted all jobs were done on timely basis.
** Recommending the management for better tools, equipments, ideas, procedures, new methods for Smooth operation and increase productivity.
** Adherences to system of manufacturing and quality. Adopting new ways better quality and higher Productivity at lower cost with all safety aspects.
** Responsible for all Pre & Post fabrication activities i.e. marking & cutting on plates,L-seam & C-seam set-up, forming of shells/dishends and cones. Final assembly & nozzle fitment, leg or skirt or saddle fitment, final touch up, final dimensional measurement, Hydrotest or Pneumatic test, required polishing, Pickling & passivation, cleaning and packing, dispatch work.
** Coordinating between shifts, work-station, QA/QC, Design, PPC, Projects to make delivery on time without interruption in Production.
** Organizing procurement and timely availability in order to meet production targets and control inventory.
** Motivating and recommending training needs to subordinates /supervisors.
** Resolving disputes and ensuring discipline in workshops.
** Implementing EHS and ensuring safety guidelines to reduce accidents and maintaining good housekeeping.
** Dealing with welding processes like SMAW,GTAW,GMAW,FCAW,SAW,L-Seamer M/C welding, C-Seamer M/C welding, etc. used in Fabrication of process equipments.
** Responsible for Quarterly, Monthly & weekly planning ,activity planning, material planning, delivery planning of equipments.
** Reporting to “Sr.Production Manager”. 2 Senior Engineers, 3 Production Engineers and 6 Shop Supervisors reporting to me.

1. Worked as a Shift Incharge with M/s Ziemann India Private Ltd.(GERMANY-MNC) located at Pune from Oct 2009 to Aug 2010. An organization engaged in manufacturing of process equipments, Tetrapack equipments & Turn-key projects of Alcohol & Brewary Industries.
WORK PROFILE :

** Dealing with Vendor & PPC department and allocating jobs at various vendors.

** Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with 58.59% in 2002 from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering Nagpur, Nagpur University.
