Attained proficiency in developing the manufacturing drawings as per the Engg. Drawings & Specifications Provided by Clients/Consultants.
Perform Design Calculations as per ASME & TEMA, Ensure drawing approval so as to deliver the correct solution as required by the customer.
Prepare material synopsis and raise purchase requisition with technical delivery condition as per client data sheet and Specifications. if any deviation in procurement raise Non conformance report
Effective, efficient & cohesive interaction with field engineers, design & production unit to create positive perception.
To provide all required technical/commercial document to Account department for commercial clearance.
B - Technical /Commercial support
Supporting Planning & Purchase Depts. For Procurements of Materials Planning for Manufacturing Activities as per Available resources.
Visit to customer & support to sales units during the approval of Design calculations & Drawings in specific cases.
C - Project Execution
Reviews Client's project specifications and requirements and find scope of supply as per order. Plan the jobs with in CDD.
Supply all technical document to engineering Consultant for review i.e. monthly status repots Procedure, Spare list,
