DESCRIPTION :
The models are created using Part design & GSD.
Both shells have very complicated profiles. The complicated part of this project is maintaining uniform thickness at different sections. Achieving accurate alignment after assembling both the case cooling units is the final aim of this project.

DESCRIPTION :
The model has been created according to customer requirement noise & power reduction. Model is created using Part design & GSD. Both shells have very complicated profiles. The complicated part of this project is maintaining uniform thickness at different sections. Achieving power & noise reduction target & cases accurate alignment after assembling both cooling units is the final aim of this project.

Title : CMB & CONDENSER BRACKETS.
Client : Tata Super ACE.

Scope of work : Modeling, Assembling, Sheet metal & Drafting.

DESCRIPTION :
The project involves modeling of the components & assembles it as per the required compressor and condenser placing. The modal was totally depends on Conceptual design. Modeling was done taking the critical dimensions from the reference model.
Responsibilities :
** Detailed study of existing part.
** 3D modeling of parts and converting them into 2D drawings.
** Coordinating with the development department for making proto types and incorporating
Subsequent Changes in the design if any.
** Releasing the 2D drawings with proper details for production.
** Quality checking for drawings and models.

Title : Developing the detail drawings from belt conveyers G.A.
Client : My Home, VSP & JSW.
