** Strict Adherence to safety requirements and regulations.
** Evaluation of test package contents, lines checking against drawing requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy of the piping system.
** Ensure satisfactory identification of materials, proper protection of piping and fittings.
Verify proper size and schedule of pipe, rating of flanges, proper flange face and fittings.
** Checking of civil RCC firing floor elevations, insert plate location and furnace opening for Boiler.
** Checking of all civil footings , foundation bolt level , fixing of all foundation bolt and alignment for Boiler, ESP ,Fuel & Ash handling system , Auxiliary cooling tower and Air cooled condenser.
** Conducting all fabrication work with quality as per the procedure.
** Conducting kerosene test for all fabricated ducting’s.
** Checking of all MS structures verticality and diagonal.
** Monitoring daily workloads and activities.
** Preparation of Record of Repairs.
** Preparation of the Test packs for Hydro testing & Punch list
** Preparation and monitoring of Non-Conformance reports ( NCR)
