Project : : MUKHAIZNA Oil field Construction Services ( Oman )

RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Monitoring visual, Inprocess and final inspection activities at different stages as per required
\\\\\\\\WPS to meet customer requirements and Witnessing for ther equired Welding Procedure Qualification (PQR) test
** Review of test packages for welding and NDT completion, issue release for hydro static test and witness of the same.
** Preparation of the Proposal for the Welding Performance Specifications based on the codes, standards and project requirements.Witness the Qualification of the Welding procedure,weldertest,Witness the Mechanical test for the Preparation of PQR and doing the necessary Documentation/approval.
** Checking of pipe spool fabrication based on approved spool isometric drawing & bill of materials. Piping spools daily Fit-up & welding inspection reports and arrange the PWHT & NDE activities.

** Checking of pipe spool fabrication based on approved spool isometric drawing & bill of materials. Piping spools daily Fit-up & welding inspection reports and arrange the PWHT & NDE activities.
** To assist the Site Superintendent & coordinate the supervisor’s activity, carry out & implement the QA/QC program, arrange & conduct meeting under the Site Superintendent direction.
** Review of test packages for welding and NDT completion, issue release for hydro static test and witness of the same.
** Review of Material Test Certificates for Raw Materials like Pipes, Fittings, Flanges & Welding Consumables.
** Performing Incoming material inspection, verifying vendor’s material certificates in order to confirm as per project specification and relevant International Standards.
** Conduct internal audits in the projects. Inspection welds joint preparation, fit-up, dimensional inspection & alignment.

Fabrication and Erection of Piping Process piping for their factory ranging from 15 NB to 500 NB of quantity 13,650 Inchmtr including SS piping of quantity 360 Inchmtr in Fabrication & erection of LPG & Utility Piping (with 100% Radiography) ranging from 15 NB to 300 NB of approximate quantity 10,700 inch mtr at Coimbatore.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
** To visit the construction site daily to check whether all works, materials, equipment, are in accordance with QA/QC program, Project drawing & specification. When defective materials, equipment, or workmanship are found, immediate action to be taken to correct them, & to report the corrective action to the Site Superintendent.
** To conduct all required tests in accordance with contract documents and to prepare fill in & sign all reports & forms as necessary for the compliance with Contract Quality Standards.
** Carrying out preliminary inspection of materials of construction & reviewing the material mill certificate.
** Preparing the weld inspection & material traceability certificate & updating the same.
** Inspecting the weld fit-up of joints prior to root pass & visual inspection of final weld, conducting penetrent test on welding joints.
