Pellet & Beneficiation Plant : (April 2007 –Oct 2007)
** Preparation of Bill of Material.
** Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel, Bins, Slurry tanks, Ducting and Technological structures like pulley frames, stringer supports, galleries etc.,
** Interactions with Clients for the regular status & taking feedback.
** Planning the material for fabrication and sequenced erection based on priority and available civil front.
2x500 TPD DRI Plant : (Oct 2007 – Till date):
** Preparation of Bill of Material.
** Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel, Bins, Ducting and Technological structures like pulley frames, stringer supports, galleries etc.,
** Interactions with Clients for the regular status & taking feedback.
** Planning the material for fabrication and sequenced erection based on priority and available civil front.
** Supervision of insulation activities for ESP, ID Fan & Ducting.
** From Nov-2008 to Dec-2010 worked as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for 500x2 DRI plant.
Maintenance of Rotary kiln 60m length and 5m dia with double drives, ELGI E55 Screw Compressor, Lobe Compressors, Horizontal split casing pumps, multistage pumps, ID Fans, Electrostatic Precipitator, Belt conveyors of 800mm,650mm,500mm Belt Width, Screens, Sizer, Magnetic concentrators and other mechanical equipments of 2 x 500TPD DRI Plant.
