CAREER OVERVIEW :
Since 10th july’2012 to till now associated with KAMINENI STEEL & POWER INDIA PVT LTD as Engineer handling the project of 350000TPA steel mill. Which is equipped with 60T Electrical Arc Furnace, Ladle Furnace, Vacuum Degasser and 3 Strand Continuous Casting Machine.
KEY RESULT AREAS :
PROJECT COORDINATION :
** Coordinating projects for the set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.
** Monitoring the activity at sites and review of project schedule.
** Sharing and co-ordinating technical issues with clients, consultants, suppliers and making effective planning and scheduling for in time completion of job.
** Maintaining quality and high standard of safety in job with zero accident.
MAINTENANCE/OPERATIONS :
** Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
** Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of troubleshooting tools; including failure analysis, repeated errors, and root cause analysis.
** Responsible for preventive & breakdown maintenance of Electrical Arc Furnace and Continuous Casting Machine and its equipments like roller, cylinder and oscillator assembling and their lubrication.
** Played a significant role in the Fabrication and erection of Heavy structural material (Shed structure and Technological Structure).
** The erection and commissioning of EAF (60 tons Electrical Arc Furnace)
** The erection and commissioning of Ladle furnace 60T & vaccum degasser.
** The erection and commissioning of 3 Strand C.C.M (Continuous Casting Machine for Billet and Blooms).
** Preparation and maintaining I.S.O.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Working as a shift incharge and handling my team for required preventive and breakdown of the mechanical and hydraulic maintenance of all machines.
** Inspection & maintenance of ID Fan & Break down maintenance.
** Regular maintenance of belt conveyors, gearbox & regular preventive maintenance.
** Inspection & maintenance of pollution control units such as Bag Filter, Dust pneumatic conveying system.
