JOB PROFILE :
I was worked as Sr. Executive Purchase & Packaging development since November 2007 to Aug 2011, looking after all relevant activities, like Packaging material development and purchase materials. Develop new packaging materials & design as per discussed our marketing department & Management. Finalizing the specifications & existing packaging materials. Carry out continuous improvement in the existing packaging material based on the feedback from the plant / analysis of market complaints. Develop new vendors for supply good and competitive rates of Packaging Materials
JOB RESPONSIBILITES :
Creation of Standards and Guidelines for all types of Packaging Materials.
Follow the timeline all Purchase material and ensure the same is executed in time
Coordinates with Packaging and Product vendors to ensure the supply of packaging material in time with all quality parameters fulfilled
Standardization of Secondary Packaging and Implement ISTA standard
Coordinate with the Creative agency and the Packaging Vendors to develop artwork reproduction.
Development of new packaging to cut down the present cost.
To look after all domestic & export packaging.
Development of new packaging material which is suitable to product & consumer.
Vendor rating as per their performance.
Generate PO in SAP.

JOB PROFILE :
I was worked as Executive Packaging since January 2005 to October 2007. Looking after all relevant activities of Packaging, like Packaging material quality checking, preparing incoming packaging material reports, maintaining quality standard of incoming materials & checking the size of all types of bags & boxes.
JOB RESPONSBLITIES :
Quality checking incoming packaging martial.
Preparing quality report.
Develop new packaging size and specification.
Daily all plant visit and reported to HOD.
Preparing MIS report.
Quality data entry in ERP software.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
