** Back to Arab Contractors company in Egypt as a HSE Engineer since 10/04/2012 to 27/08/2012 as responsible for the technical office.
** Working in Qatar Arab Contractors company in Qatar branch as a Branch HSE Manager since 28/08/2011 to 09/04/2012, Managing these projects (Masajed, Palaces, gardens and water pipe lines) with Kahramaa.
** Working in Arab Contractors company in Egypt as HSE Engineer since 01/05/2009 to 27/08/2011, following up these projects (Water Pipe Lines, Housing Towers, Central Conferences Hall, Theater, Water purification stations, Hotels and Metallic Silos).
Duties and Responsibilities :
** Develop, implement and monitor Board Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Programs, and Procedures.
** Investigate and report on all personal injury accidents occurring out of or in the course of work to identify root causes and prevent reoccurence.
** Investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions and developing solutions.
** Give proper advice to personnel in areas of safety.
** Ensure the safety of all the workers, staff and /or visitors.
** Carry out and share in different types of general workplace safety inspections (Safety sampling, Safety survey and safety tours).
** Respond to employee’s / client’s safety concerns.
** Assist staff, senior administrators and supervisors in emergency preparedness.
** Coordinate employer in assuring the implementation of safety programs, policy, procedures and objectives .
** Give recommendations and suggestions to make improvements to the existing safety procedures.
** Record the meetings and make necessary encodings for purposes of review in the future.
** Prepare weekly and monthly reports and safety statistics.
