WORK EXPEIRANCE AND JOB PROFILE :
I joined the State Bar as an Advocate in the year 2000, and during the course got strong hold on Civil LAWS. In the beginning the cases regarding the Intellectual property rights, Banking and Financial related cases, Labor laws and the cases of civil nature, kept me drastically engaged, but the laws relating to dispute in contract matters between Government and contractors attracted me much and as such got involved in the Laws relating to contracts, and recommended the full fledged regulation of resolving the disputes by way of Arbitration and Conciliation, based upon the “UNICTRAL” (United Nations International Commercial Trade Laws) and in this course I made a survey report regarding the losses caused by failure of finishing of works in time; the multi billion project of laying Railway Tracks by “IRCON International” turned fruitful and this was the first successful advancement, that was appreciated by Govt. Of India.
I got appointed in the year 2003, as standing counsel for Government of J&K, worked for short span of time and left the job, I preferred to be a freelance practitioner, so that I could gather best experience in the field of corporate arena. In the year 2006,was again offered to retain various departments of State Gov. which was accepted by me upon my conditions and the State Law Department accepted my working for Govt. on contract basis. And in the year 2007 I did not accepted the extension of being counsel for state.
I have in my credit many judgments reported in Law Journals and Law reporters.
Worked as State Attorney / Standing Counsel to Govt. :
Having the actual practice of profession, i.e. from drafting to pleading, in the District courts, Special Tribunals, HighCourt, and Supreme Court.
Corporate law :
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating strategic business agreements and deal transactions for retail business teams.
Responsible for the conceptualization of deals and drafting of contracts. Be the focal contact point of contact across retail business to resolve all issues
Responsible for analyzing & reviewing various laws to ensure that all retail businesses are in strict compliance with regulatory requirement

Worked on research and analysis of constitutions of different countries and do submit my gratefulness for the Respected High Commissioners of Japan, Indonesia, and Germany in India for providing me their best of support and all the documents for making my research a success.
