JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Aircel U.P West (Vendor-ZTE), RNO
** Analyzing daily Reports, making DT plan using Daily KPI reports to improve the performance of the network.
** Co-ordination with regional team for complaints regarding RF related issues & solution
** Maintaining KPI as per defined threshold levels.
** Study daily basis CSSR, TCH drop, SD drop, SD blocking, TASR, HOSR,TCH blocking parameters for each BTS separately.
** Prepare BBH, NBH trend and Master data base.
** Analysis of high utilization cells and provides solution to reduce that.
** Carrying out EDGE / GPRS Optimization by Drive Tests, Coverage Confinements, changing Antenna Tilt and Orientation, increasing Time Slots for better.
** Handling Customer Complaints related to EDGE / GPRS
** Verifying network parameters in network dump.
** Maintain the Whole Network as per Customer requirement from RF Side & provide proposal in Order to maintain Coverage.
** Provide solution for customer complaints regarding issues like coverage, signal fluctuation etc.
** LAC splitting according to the VLR count for removing SD blocking.
** Plan PDCH Retune for good GPRS/EDGE Payload and throughput.
** Create new template as per requirement.
** Fetch RF reports and other counters as per requirement.
** Export and Import modify dump in System.
** Activity held by BSS team for UPPB & BIPI card Addition and after activity coordinate with Field team for the same, checked reports regarding this activity and suggest plan according to reports.
** Also involved SGSN shift & BSC upgraded activity.
** Specially work for drop call rate as per TRAI guideline and achieve threshold. Analysis of Call Drop on day to day basis and resolving the problem of cells having high drops by changing frequencies, replacing of faulty TRX, getting hardware checked and corrected etc.
** Plan for Neighbors addition & deletion with help of MIPT.
** Work for downlink quality on Parameter level & support field team for the same.
** Analyzing & troubleshooting the worst cells.
** Investigated alarms & hardware issues & escalated to concern department.

Coordination :
** Taking care of network complaints (Aircel & Tata) process of UPW circle & handle the tsg team.
** Ensure the proper & quality resolution of customer’s queries related network.
** Escalate the daily complaints to field team for visit & chase them to get the feedback within the timeline, Coordinating with the field teams to ensure & provide the quality resolution to the customers and ensure that the Sla performance should meet to the criteria>98%.
** Maintaining network complaints data & prepare weekly & monthly reports and prepare monthly PPT of customer complaints for review.
** Crosscheck the resolution provided by the field team & calling team.
** Escalate wrong tagging to concern team to avoid such things in future and gives punch points to decrease the wrong tagging & complaints.

EMF RESPONSIBILITES :
** Maintaining EMF data for Aircel (UPW).
** Prepare EMF reports for new site & sharing with other operators.
** Submit EMF report to TERM cell within time which up-graded by sharing operator & Aircel, Also submitted new sites EMF report to TERM cell.
** Participated for biannual submission 2013 & 2015.
** Use NEP portal.
** Assigned sites for survey to vendor & coordinate with vendor.
Optimization :
** Providing appropriate tilts (electrical and mechanical) to reduce the interference or improve coverage penetration.
** Setting up the orientation of GSM antenna for the proper coverage.
** Drive Test Data analyzing then Optimizing parameters like C/I, C/A, Coverage, Call Handover, Call Drop & Rx Quality, Network Performance analyze.
** Optimization Frequency re-tuning, 2G drive data analysis, Co Channel & Adj Channel Interference Identification, Neighbor analysis.
** Data collection of Radio parameters, analysis of Frequency Planning (Interference related issues) and suggest changes accordingly to improve the network performance & quality
** Analyze and prepare reports for all types of drive tests (routine, bench mark, issue based, scanning, re-homing, re-parenting and GPRS), by using TEMS investigation versions.
