Providing food services to QP staff, Seef limited, Woqod, and Al Shaheen Refinery, the companies affiliated to QP to over 1500 people per day.
Efficiently performing the duties and responsibilities as assigned by the ManagementIn charge of the overall functioning of the Catering unit, which includes Food & Beverage Production, Service, VIP visits, maintenance of kitchen and service equipments, Laundry, cleaning, and other facilities.
Getting quality assurance from each department under my jurisdiction, with full responsibility for system implementation, maintaining quality through out the operations and effectively resolving quality deviationsPlanning and organizing operations and supportive check procedures.
Responsible for managing food preparation, food hygiene, environmental hygiene, compliance with health, Safety and Environment requirements.
