** Generating and Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and yearly statistical data required for group reporting.

** Daily preparation for production vs. schedule & losses summary.
** Knowledge of 5S, Kizen, and lean manufacturing system.
** Monthly requirement indent of raw material, bought out, and consumable parts to the purchase department through MPR run in ERP SYSTEM with considering min inventory.

Title :Design & Fabrication of Engine Hoist.
** The main objective of project is to minimize total cost of engine hoist as well as human efforts by choosing suitable material, design and by customer requirement.
** The hoist has been designed to minimize the cost that it is affordable to small scale garages, workshops, etc.
** To apply basic principle of machine design.
** To identify the tools for analysis of a complex engineering component.
** To apply the basic finite element techniques to solve engineering problem.
