Project  : Ma’aden Phosphoric Acid Plant for Ma’aden Phosphate Co. (MPC)
Nature of Job  :
Prepare the Requisition follow-up table and update as daily basis
Balance the all project materials (Piping, Mechanical, and Electrical & Instrument) and update the register wherever applicable.
Filing (REQ, CBE, TBE & MPO) and follow up.
Keep all documents as soft copy and manage the folder.
Prepare the reports and issue to the relevant superiors as weekly
Attend the weekly procurement meeting with Client’s.
Take the appropriate notes from the meeting and prepare the Action List then distribute to the relevant persons.
Follow-up the incoming mails and reply accordingly
Follow-up the Requisition follow-up Table & Purchase Order register and update accordingly
Request ITP, INF from the Supplier and issue the ITP (Inspection Test Plan) with proper document number to get the Client’s approval.
Inspection organization to be done once received the INF (Inspection Notification) from the Supplier.
Shipping coordination with the supplier. Request IRC (Inspection Release Certificate) from the Inspector to release the materials from the Vendor premises.
Organize to issue the SRN (Shipping Release Notice) to the Supplier and follow-up the delivery in time to time.
Communicate with vendor / supplier if necessary
Organize the final documents with Vendor to issue the Client in a proper way to get the approval for the final payment.
