Job Responsibilities:
A) Statutory Compliances

 Contract Labour Act:
** RC amendment (Addition / Deletion of contractor)
** Preparation and submission of Annual Return Form No- XXI
** Maintain registers and records with respect of Contract labour
** Conduct compliance audit with respect of Labour Laws Mfg. plants and branch offices
** Contract agreement (considering terms & conditions)
** Review monthly compliances with the help of MCCR system for pan India location and guide accordingly to location peoples.
** Process bills/invoices of contractors
** Payroll processing of contract labours
** Dealing with govt. authorities regards with contract labour issues.

 Factories Act:
** Accident form (form 24), Annual Return (form 27), Compliances to factory office notices
** Renewal of Factory License.
** Updating of Muster-cum-wage Register, Leave with Wage Register
** Calculation of Annual Leaves and preparation of Leave Cards
** Maintain Inspection Book and action on instructions of factory inspector

 EPF:
** Monthly Challan & ECR preparation.
** Withdrawal, Transfer & Advance (Loan) Forms & grievances.
** Employee’s grievances resolution.

  ESIC :
** Online registration of new joiners, Temporary (TIC)
** Online Challan & return generation
** Accident report form -12

 Other Legal Compliances :
** Group Gratuity Policy Renewal
** EC Policy Renewal
** MPCB consentRenewal
** Annual Bonus Calculation. Maintain Record in Form C, Form D – Annual Return as per Bonus Act.
** Submission of Half yearly Return of MLWF
** Calculation and Fixation of Basic & DA as per Minimum Wages Act, 1948 according to Skilled, Semi-skilled and Unskilled.

B) Time Office & Payroll Administration  :
** Responsible for leave regularization, salary inputs and Payroll processing.
** Maintaining employee master data.
** Time office induction.
** Responsible for clearance & Full & Final settlements.
** Responsible for sending various manpower reports to respective departments.
** Issue ID cards, punch cards & leave cards to new joiners.
** Co-ordination with Banks for bank accounts openings for new joiners and fund transfer issues.
** Monthly and quarterly attrition analysis and presentation of the same to the senior management.

C) Full & Final Settlement of Employees :
** Process for No Dues Certificates, computation of gratuity, calculation of earned Leaves eligibility’s, other earnings and deductions and arrange to issue cheque for exit employees.

D) Grievances Handling :
** Handling grievances of employees regarding salary, punch cards, transport, and canteen.
** Co-ordination with Insurance Company representative for settlement of Mediclaim.
** Issue company letters to employee on his request for various purposes.

E) IR , Welfare :
** Co-ordination with Government bodies like Labour-office, Factories- office, EPF-office, ESIC-office, Labour welfare office.
** Liaisoning with labour contractors.
** Auditing registers, returns, challans & other documents of contractors.
** Follow-up with contractors for steady supply of contract labour.
** Looking after canteen facility.
** Member of Sport Committee.
** Member of Organising Committee for Annual functions and parties.
** Issue the advisory note & warning letters.
** GPA & GPH Insurance policy renovation.

F) Training and Development :
** Identify training needs for the employees through their performance appraisals.
** Develop a Skills Matrix for Technical staff.
** Training Calendar design and Implementation.
** Based on the training needs identified, arranging trainings for employees.
** Conduct post training evaluations to ensure that the correct needs have been identified.

G) Recruitment :
** Analyzing the exact requirement with the Tech-Manager.
** Sourcing the right applicant through various channels like Internal Job Postings, Employee referrals, and Job portals.
** Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview.
** Coordinating the candidate for the Technical round of Interview.
** Follow up with applicants till the date of joining.

H) General Administration :
** Handle Grievances & Queries related to Canteen and Transport Facilities.
** Organizing & Arranging events Like Quarterly / Yearly parties and other occasions.
** Regulation of Housekeeping
** Uniforms as required
** Courier & running vehicle’s Cost Control.
** Vehicles maintenance
** Office maintenance
** Security activities
