Responsibilities :
** Attending the project kick-off meeting
** Preparation of design basis, instrument deliverable documents index & cost estimation of entire instrumentation system of plant.
** Review of P&ID. Preparation of instrument list.
** Evaluation of technical offers received from vendors.
** Checking sizing calculation of Control Valve & Flowmeters like Orifice, Magnetic Flowmeter, Vortex Flowmeter, Rotameter & Mass Flowmeter.
** Preparation of technical specification sheets for Field Instruments (Control Valves, Orifice & Flange assembly, Transmitters, Flowmeters, Temperature Gauge, Level Gauge, and Pressure Gauge & Switches), Control System as well as Instrument Air Compressor.
** Review of cable tray layout & hook up diagram.
** Checking & approval for the vendor drawings & data sheets.
** Study & understanding of control logic & process flow.
** Attending the software & integrated FAT for control system.
** Co-ordination with piping, static, project management department.
** Assist Business development team for bidding.
