Job Synopsis:-
** Plan the schedule for production on daily basis and manage the manpower according to daily production target.
** Minimise daily rejection/rework percentage in assembly.
** Co-ordinate with QC for quality clearance of inward materials
** Monitoring the critical shortages required by production on daily basis
** To ensure balance flow of material on daily basis to achieve uniform production
** Ensure material flow in accordance with KANBAN principle & material control by using ABC principle
** Setting the priorities for the assembly as per requirement of order execution department
** Work out the critical & expected shortages for the day to day production.
** Preparation of various types of report for the production review.
** Responsible for the inventory control
** Work out on customer complaints and take corrective actions to avoid such complaints in future.
** Daily communication with test field engineers and follow up with them to get the on time delivery of products.
** Discuss major constraints related to quality and material shortages in daily board meeting.
** Active participation in stock (Inventory) taking against the SAP system stock at the month end
** Exposure to SAP through various transactions.

PROJECT :
Completed Final year engineering project on “TOWER TURNING MACHINE FOR IDM30 TOWER” in Atlas Copco (India) Ltd, Nashik.
Atlas Copco (India) Ltd assembles the IDM30 machines for drilling the holes into the ground in mines. Main sub part of these machines is the TOWER of 42 feet long, 3500 Kg weight. For mounting sub-assemblies (feed motor, gear reducer, carousel) on the tower, assembler has to turn the tower through 180 degree twice. So we designed and manufactured a machine which can hold the tower firmly and can turn it at any angle. Machine consists of electric motor, two reduction gearbox, four solid rollers, two discs and base. The machine we manufactured weighs 1650 Kg. This machine has made for safety and simplifies the assembly procedure.
