Job Description  :
Portfolio Ownership process primarily deals with ownership information of mutual funds, and Pension Funds across the globe. The reports provide full listings of the investments made by each fund and are sourced from Fund Management Companies & Third Party Vendors. Portfolio Ownership covers the globe with a total of 51 countries. Portfolio Ownership covers approximately 49,000 funds globally.
Institutional investment managers who exercise investment discretion over $100 million or more in Section 13(F) securities must report their holdings on Form 13F with the SEC. The frequencies of these reports are quarterly.

CORPORATE WORK EXPERIENCE  :

Acquire and prepare respective Mutual fund reports from official website.
Process Mutual fund reports by matching company to security master file in QVT (Internal database) by thorough research.
Research for companies by considering Exchange, Currency, Price, Corporate Actions like Merger and Acquisition, Name Changes.
Quality Review for processed fund.
Acquire, prepare and edit 13F filings on periodic basis.
