“The Air Separation Unit (ASU) in C-2 UTILITIES Site which is owned by the Reliance Industries LTD, Main contractor is GDCL. and Angel Engineering is sub-contractor for civil works and mechanical works”.
Duties & Responsibilities :
** Responsible for scheduling and Monitoring of piping erection works by the subcontractors.
** Supervise piping erection base on latest P & ID and Isometric.
** Conduct line check and visual inspection of welds, piping orientation and pipe support.
** Review and provide latest drawing to comply the design.
** Assist preparation for hydro test and reinstatement.
** Assist preparation for test package.
** Update document for piping site progress and fabrication.
** Provide necessary data and information required by the manager regarding on site progress.
** Incorporate safety for fabrication and site works.
** Software use Auto CAD, Microsoft excels and word.
** Review the shop drawing, IFC Drawing ,Material Submitting and other technical data’s to ensure all in full compliance with contract specifications.
** To coordinate Material handling, Isolation works in order to meet contract program.
** To coordinate with M/s GDCL(Main Contractor) on site to ensure all the activities are completed on time to meet project requirement.
** Coordinate with Document Controller to ensure proper distribution on time.
** To finish the site work within stipulated time period.
Academic & Professional Qualifications :
** Bachelor ofMechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya TechnologicalUniversity,Karnataka.
** Level III IVQ Diploma in Oil and Gas Production Technology certified from City and Guilds (UK)
** HigherSecondaryEducation from Govt.H.S.S, Vadakkumpad, KeralaIndia.
** Computer Knowledge - AutoCAD, MS Office, Solid Edge,CAED
