Recruitment  :
Preparation of recruitment plan, preparation of job descriptions, sourcing from diverse sources such as Job portals, consultancies, employee referrals & direct networking.
Receiving and reviewing applications, preliminary short-listing of applications in lieu with job specifications.
Contacting candidates, scheduling interview time in collaboration with team leader & functional manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
Responding to enquiries from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies.
Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.
Keep recruitment metrics and organizational structure updated on daily/weekly/monthly basis and ensure regular updating to different stakeholders and management.

Execution of conversion of LVDS Network of 100/63 kva DTRS into HVDS utilizing the same lines and erecting 16/25 kva 3-ph DTRs under REC P  : SI on Turnkey basis.
