WORKEXPERIENCE :
1. Working as plumbing and fire fighting engineer in Al Mashaan General Trading & Cont. Co. Kuwait, a main contracting company in mechanical field, from 17.03.2012 to till date
RESPONSIBILITIES INVOLVED ARE :
** Reviewing shop drawings and ensuring its compliance with designs, contract requirement and proper coordination with other trades.
** Reviewing of materials in compliance with contract requirements and getting approvals.
** Site inspection and coordination to ensure quality of works in compliance with contract requirements
** Preparation of check lists for the works completed & participating in inspection.
** Coordinating and monitoring of all sub contractors work closely to ensure the quality of work.
** Having regular meeting with consultant & contractors for the smooth running of project.
** To initiate material submittals, RFIs etc.
** Identifying requirements for new modifications/new constructions and prepare variation documents.
** Review as-built drawings and make sure that all site conditions are properly addressed.
** Preparation of monthly payment for the works executed and material on site.
** Efficient planning and optimum utilization of material and manpower.
2. Worked as Site Engineer in Floransa Gen. Trading & Cont. Co. Kuwait, an electromechanical subcontracting company, from 24.02.2009 to 15.03.2012 date.
Responsibilities involved were :
** Taking off the quantities of all items required for the project construction from the contract drawings, compare these quantities with what shown in BOQ
** Study the project specification & conditions in order to submit for material approval, which is complying with specifications.
** Preparation of working drawings and assure to get the approval from the consultant prior starting with installation on site.
** Provide all approved materials for installation work ahead of the requested time of installation.
** Coordinating the installation with all other services.
** Preparation of as built drawings to get the approval from all concerned authorities.

Worked as Manufacturing Engineer in Delphi Automotives Pvt. Ltd., Greater Noida, U.P. India. , a very reputed firm in the field of Automobile,from 26.11.2006 to03.05.2008.
Responsibilities involved were :
** To lead all Manufacturing engineering activities.
** To resolve all quality related issues with reduced down time.
** Leading of all preventive maintenance of all machineries to reduce the down time.
** Preparation of process flow diagrams and other engineering documents related to machines.
** Implementation and verification of all error proofing projects.
** Resolving & verification of all safety issues.

** Launching of new equipments in the production line.
** Conducting operator training about the equipments, process and safety parameters.
