** Developing and implementing plants & schedules for Maintenance Operations and Annual Turn Around with focus on optimum utilization of manpower and material.
** Operation of Packaging,and Dispatches.
** Production planning and Control in Interaction with Marketing and Logistic.
** Reporting to Unit head regarding day to day activity of packing Depts.
** Preparation of Daily production report and MIS for Packaging Plant & Process Plant. Interaction with Maintenance Department for Breakdown and Routine Maintenance of Machinery
** Ensure Quality of Finished Goods as per Expected Norms and to Maintain Hygienic Conditions In entire Section
** To provide Instruction to Packaging Executive and Officers for daily routine packaging activity
** Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.
** Handling the maintenance and operation of the following:
** Production Targets, Maintenance and operating different Types of Automatic Filling machines e.g.
samarpan, Span pack, machines, etc.
** Handling pet Bottle Filling. Jar filling machines, Olusum Linear Tin filling machine.

** I have a very good knowledge of oil Section oil reconciliation on daily basis.
** Loss calculation of CPO, DSBO, CRBO, ETC .on daily basis.
** Olein recovery calculation on per day with IV Method.

** Rake loading planning of packed goods.
