Project Planning :
Conceptualising detailed project reports and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached.
Establishing time span of project execution as per client specifics.
Listing down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.
Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings.
Preparing Method Statements including inspection and test plans.
Evaluating Designs; coordinate with Consultants and Sub Contractors for changes in the same.
Site & Construction Management :
Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
Interacting with Site Purchasers and Suppliers for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories, material with timely delivery so as to minimise project cost.
Coordinating with Main Contractors; monitor their performance in view of project schedule. Settle all techno commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.
Contract Management :
Evaluation of contractor’s bids, commercial discussion & finalisation of contract for project schedule.
Settlement of all disputes / clarifications during execution of project.
Preparing contract budgets & ensuring that the same is not exceeded.
Settlement of disputes with clients, contractors, Govt. and statutory bodies.
