Duties and Responsibilities :
1) Report directly to Construction Manager regarding the actual site production and pushing all the staffs to cooperate in order to achieved the completion date safely.
2) Attend Client progress meeting daily and discuss on problems encountered at site during construction on structural activity.
3) Coordinate to all supervisors in charge in every module and give all supports to all their needs in construction so that it will result a good production.
4) Check all priority lines mostly in battery limit and to be done first.
5) Supervise on Activities such as; Fabrication of structural works, Erection / installation of beams structure and pre commission.
6) Coordinates with other disciplines, Perform corrective actions
7) Ensure proper planning and follow up the activities of the contractor.
8) Ensure complete Implementation of safety / security requirements

Duties and Responsibilities :
1) Supervises and coordinates activities of work crews engaged in erecting structural steel :
2) Marks locations for new rivet holes to rectify errors.
3) Directs workers to drill and ream new holes.
4) Assists workers in performance of tasks, such as riveting, welding, bolting, and chipping, using portable power tools.
5)Responsible for all Columns,Beams,bracing,girders erection & welding activities.
