Position : integrated Building Management System (IBMS) Operator.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Responsible to provide effective service to building management monitoring.
** Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Automation System such as HVAC System (Chiller, AHU, Cooling Tower, FCU, FAHU, TFA, Sensors, Pumps, Motors, steam boiler and Heat Exchanger etc.)
** Prepares asset survey reports, data, and sheet for solving maintenance related problems& daily/weekly/monthly inspections.
** Control Panels and DDC panels : Operation and Maintenance of HVAC control system.
** Fire Alarm System : Operation and Maintenance, Fire hydrant System, Sprinklers etc.
** Access Control system, CCTV, Public Address System : Operation and Maintenance.
** Perform weekly Tool Box Talk (TBT) training.
