Objective  :

Job Specification  :
Familiar and hands on experience with IMMOLS & EQUOLS (Integrated Material Management On Line System & Equipment Accounting On Line System).
Equipment organization and administration, maintenance and safe custody of stores, Maintenance of stock Location Bin Cards as also records and documents leading to proper accounting, review and audit of stores, provisioning of stores at different levels, receipts, storing and issues of different range of stores e.g. clothing, Barrack, Ration, Fuel, Oil and lubricants, Technical stores of different range of stores for Aero engines, Air Frames, Fragile and delicate instruments, electrical radio/radar, photo explosives & MT Spares, gas and all short of rubberized equipments etc. Supplying of stores on W/shop Floors accounting and maintaining of stores consumption data records in the carded system of Accounting, Supervision of loading/unloading, packing/unpacking and dispatching of entire range of stores by Road, Rail, Air& Sea.
Supply chain management, Inventory control including that of machineries, scientific handling of the spare parts components of Aeroengine, Air Frame, Mechanical transport, Instrument, Wireless, Electrical and Armament Stores.
Preservation of stores, textile & nontextile, prevention of stores from deterioration, disinfestations of infested stores.


The type and nature of preservation required for different variety of stores. Adequacy of store warehouse for the various types of stores including that of rubberized and photographic Equipment and their preservation
Maintenance and monitoring the movements of MT Vehicles and its documentation.
Planning, procurement and forecasting of stores, receipt and issues of Petrol oil, lubricants and other liquid inflammable stores. The quality control of all types of fuel and lubricants.
Accounting, Storing, Handling and despatching of explosives.
Purchase and procurement of various stores from indigenous sources including purchase from local market at competitive prices, inviting tenders and their finalization for bulk purchases and for the contract of essential services for organization establishment, indenting of stores.
Disposing of salvaged stores through auction at site. Preparing and finalizing of claims for loss or damage of stores while in transit.
Maintaining Administrative and Accounting activities.
As a cashier, Disbursement of cash, collection of cash and its reconciliation.
Implementation of Internal control system, MIS, Audit Objections & dealing with auditors.
Preparation, finalisation and reconciliation of Accounts on daytoday basis and also preparation of periodic accounting statements.
