Description :Airport authority of india was set up in 1972 by act of indian parliament , by AAI i get experience how to take care of passengers. Customer Satisfaction is the most important tool of aviation . I visited on indira Gandhi airport which provide me lot of information about customer’s dealing.
It helps me acquiring enough knowledge about customer’s requirements, facilities and so on. I also visited other departments like cargo handling, financial operational department. In these departments I learn so many things which make me able to satisfy customer’s needs.
