Presently Working With Sandhar Components Behrampur a SANDHAR Group of Company. Sandhar started with sheet metal stamping in 1985 at Sector 18, Gurgaon. Thereafter in 1995 stamping capabilities were shifted to Behrampur. Behrampur has grown to become a recognized manufacturer of quality tubular and sheet metal components in the Automotive Sector. The current facilities include power presses upto 250 tons and TIG / MIG / Spot welding stations with a processing capacity of over 15,000 tons per annum.

Job Responsibilities :
1. Preparation of production plan .
2. Preparation of material planning to be purchased.
3. Implementation of customers PO in oracle system.
4. Controlling the production.
5. Maintaining inventory of FG.
6. Preparation of MIS data for audit.
7. Handling customers order.
8. Report Preparation for Operations meeting.
9. Check production plan priority for the day based on latest customer plan, stock situation and production backlog.
10.Communicate plan priority to Production Manager / Supervisor.
11.Follow-up / check the progress of actual production against plan.
12.Communication with customer on point of concern on daily basis.
13.Schedule acknowledgement to customers against schedule received.
Other Responsibilities :
1) Looking for sales taxes .
2) Taking care for all V2V letters.
3) Material planning and follow up with vendors for rm Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing
Responsible for all Kaizen activities & cost saving projects under.
Responsible for standardization of production punch in oracle.
