CAREER OBJECTIVE :
As an entrylevel HR professional, my aim would be to become HR manager with my hard work and sincerity. My aim would also involve working in coordination with the senior employees and building rapport with them. I would also like to learn managerial skills from senior managers and to excel in the job efficiently.
PROJECT UNDERTAKEN :
PGDM – Underwent 2 months of summer internships programmed in TATA STEEL, JSR. The project work entitled “ understanding the HR process at TATA STEEL” under the guidance of MR. Siddhartha Shah, Head Corporate HR TATA STEEL.

WORK EXP :
Prior to my PGDM I worked for 4 years in credit card & Insurance Industry ( SBI Credit Card & Bajaj Allianz) in the area of training and service management.
