ROLES AND RESPONISBILITIES :
Launching Girder ,U&I-Girder ERECTION Planning and Erection ENGINEERING Work :
** Launching Girder Assembly Erection Work.
** Winch Load Test.
** Erection of ‘precast segments’ at site with overhead launching system, and segments are transported through trailers.
** Segment Erection & Gluing and Stressing Work.
** Execution of post tensioning, cable grouting activities, bearing fixing, span alignment, fixing of expansion joints, concreting and all finishing works.
** Planning of day to day activities including labor maintenance & machinery
** Prioritizing and distributing work to the subordinates and supervisors.
** Attending review meetings and interacting with clients.
** Creating weekly and daily plans and getting them approved from site-in-charge.
** Resource planning and allocation. Work allocation according to daily plan.
** Preparing work procedure stage wise and getting clearance from higher management.
** Work offering and getting clearance, documentation and handing over.
** Store follow-up for welding consumables & maintaining buffer stock.
** Co-ordination and supervision of rail laying and alignment for PC Yard Gantry track.
