Working in 2*150MW PF fired Boiler (505 TPH) in Operation department .From the initial period I am involve in BTG area commissioning and make planning with Erection team for the commissioning activities . I have done commissioning of Boiler and turbine side. Steam is blowing, oil flushing, Logic checking of each equipment and prepare protocol as per industries standard, steam dumping to full load normal and emergency operation.
Prepare checklist and SOP as per industries of every equipment in boiler and turbine side. Deeply involved in Safety precautions taken for Work permit system SOP and its implementation with safe isolation. Handling blackout out operation and make sure for safety of all drives. Make a part with C& I team for all auto loops commissioning and tuning with them for reliable and safe operations.Experience in 400KV and 220KV switchyard operations and Isolation, 6.6KV and 415 V bus isolation and operations. Coordination with SLDC for maintaining generation and for any maintenance work in transmission line preparing and issuing LCP with the substation.
