Current Job Responsibilities :
** Carried out Inspection for Line pipes at manufacturer place for both Seamless/Welded. Inspection of visual, dimensional control, witnessing of NDE, Mechanical tests & Hydrostatic test. Ensuring all identification/marking was correct according to Client requirements. Duties included reporting any damage to pipes incurred during Handling & Loading.
** Attending the weekly quality review meeting with contractor and clients.

Job Responsibilities :
** Actively involved in all the Phases of the Construction of these API 650 above Ground Storage Tanks & Related Piping as given below in detail. (Nature of Work in above mentioned Projects)
** Involved in the Inspection of Incoming Raw Materials such as Shell / Roof Plates, Pipes, Steel Structures, Gratings, Gaskets & Fasteners. Reviewed the MTC’s & physically verified / inspected the Items and recorded the results through QC Documentations / Reports as per the Approved QA Plan (ITP).
** Involved in Welders & Welding Procedure Qualification Tests performed for the Projects.
** Involved in Inspection and testing stage wise on all the Phases of the Shop Fabrication and Field Construction as well.
** Liaised with the Client and Company Inspectors in arranging for the Inspection and co-ordination with the Shop & Site Construction Teams.
** Involved in arranging the NDT Inspections both at Shop and Site, performed / witnessed the various NDT Inspections, prepared / reviewed the reports & submitted the same to the Client & Company Inspectors for their Final Review and Acceptance.
** Involved in all the Inspections right from Bottom Plates, Bottom Annular Plates Laying, and Shell Courses Erection through Final Roof Installation & Welding.
** Performed Fit-up, before, during & after Weld & Visual Inspections on all the parts & appurtenances of the Tanks. And also ensured the compliance of the requirements the approved WPS’s for the Projects
** Involved in Performing Vacuum Box Test, Dimensional Checking / Verification, Alignment, Peaking / Banding Inspections etc.
** Involved in Final Inspection (including the Tank Settlement Alignment Inspection) of the completed tanks and Hydrostatic test of the tanks.
** Also involved in the preparation, review and submission of the final As-built data and MDR of the tanks to the Client.
** Involved in fit-up, weld visual inspections in piping, perform line checking as per ISO, P&ID Drawings also prepare Test-Pack and perform Hydro Test as per the Client requirements. The final documents are submitted to the client.
** Inspection of piping system wise and confirm it is according to P&ID diagram, Isometric drawing and GA drawings.
** Erection of piping system as per approved isometric drawing,
** Inspection & fabrication and installation, Hydrostatic testing of pipelines,
** Underground portion and above ground portion, section piping, Flow line pipe fabrication etc.
** Hydro testing of piping system.
** Line checking punch listing and cleaning.
** Quality check on the materials and installation as per the Quality specification & Manuals.
** Inspection of all kinds of works including pipeline, Tanks and other equipment installations & accessories of various.
** Confirm the piping system concur with flow diagrams to verify completeness of system. Evaluation of test package contents, lines checking against drawing requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy of the piping system.
** Preparation of hydro test packages as per P&ID, isometric drawings, hydro static drawings and all related documents.
** Making punch list and clearing before handing over of the systems.
** Witnessing for hydro testing.
** Coordination with construction personal to perform sequence-based inspection.
** Coordination with project management to review the progress of construction and inspection activities.
** Ensure satisfactory identification of materials, proper protection of piping and fittings. Verify proper size and schedule of pipe, rating of flanges, proper flange face and fittings.
** Responsible for the preparation and control of all inspection and test reports to verify the completion of inspection according to approved Quality Control Plan (QCP).
** Conduct daily monitoring at site and make record or report of any deviation made from the approved drawings and specifications for review if compliance. Aware of any revision and changed at site.
** Check and assured that all piping joints are exposed for examination during pressure test. Ensure that isolation or disconnection of equipment not to be tested. Check vents are open when filling and draining the line.
** Witness final pressure test, including verification that pressure gauge has adequate dial range and it is calibrated.
** Confirm repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specifications. Ensure blinds are removed and correct gaskets are installed.
