Currently working as an “EXECUTIVEADMIN”in JMC Projects India Ltd ( A Kalapatru Group Enterprise ), a listed company engaged in Construction Industry and having around more than 38 projects in Bangalore region.

Major Job Responsibility :
** Responsible for controlling the entire construction & official activities of the project
** for strict adherence to Administration requirements.
** Responsible for arranging conveyance, vehicle arrangements and maintenance of
** Log Books
** Responsible for making travel arrangements such as booking tickets and hotel
** room for official use only.
** Preparation and Timely submission of Admin MIS Report.
** In-charge of Staff welfare.
** Procurement and supply of office stationary.
** Maintain movement registers (Staff).
** Liaise with Labour Department and resolve all issues pertaining to meeting of
** statutory requirements.
** Keep a close liaison with the local police and resolve all problems of the company
** in relation to the Police Department.


In case any accident at site, ensure that the
** police closes the case at the earliest.
** Obtaining Labour License, Workmen compensation Policy (WCP), Contractor’s All
** Risk Policy (CAR) and Third Party Insurance for Projects.
** Monitoring deployment of labour.
** Maintaining records pertaining to labours and labour-contractors.
** Mobilizing and maintaining Communication Channels.
** To monitor Staff attendance, leave, salaries etc.
** Liaison with Govt. bodies/Local bodies on behalf of site/company
** Maintaining all workers PF and ESI documents.

HUMAN RESOURCE :
