My Responsibility :
** Planning of raw material for manufacturing of parts as per schedule and customer requirement.
** Planning of process as we can produce the parts in convenient way.
** Maintain the records of shearing, production and dispatch of material and then compare with schedule qty after that calculate the business keen attention on this.
** Produce new part as per drawing after the discussion of development team and customer.

** Solve the shop floor problem.
** Prepare the part for daily dispatch.
** Prepare the RM consumption report before production as per sheet assessment.

** Prepare the sheet for the Bom,,common data list of all products size , requirement ,g. weight , Rm requirement , dispatch detail formats, production report formats , compliance report etc. .

** Maintain doc. of training attendance effectiveness, feedback on monthly basis.
** Organize the training program on shop floor for operator, supervisor and staff also.
** Maintain all the document regard to dispatch, P.O.,challan and drawing also.
** Making all document for the shop floor in expressive way.
** Prepare value addition sheet of all customer and compare the gross cost, cost validation and find productivity of all material who supplies by organization.
** I got the chance to do work with development team and lead the project of heavy fabricated part.
** Manage the customer interface at every stage.
** Manage the BOP parts inventory and maintain the interaction with supplier for rates, PO and quality of parts . after that maintain the records of purchase parts.

PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN:
Project Title: BAJA SAE India
Project Description:- Construction off-road racing vehicle. Our off-road car took part in the annual off-road racing competition organized by Mahindra Rise. Our team was of 25 members and we shared the responsibility interchangeably.
Project Title: Thermal Analysis of Chimney
Project Description: I have done the analysis of Chimney which includes heat transfer rate calculation, nodal analysis and efficiency, usability comparison of different types of chimney.
Project Title: Joule’s Apparatus
Project Description: Ihave constructed the Joule’s apparatus with modification from traditional Joule’s apparatus i.e. conversion of pulley system design to self-functioning electric motor design.

Project Description: - Worked on Eicher project Manufacturing Execution system. My core task was to analyze of design and documentation of inventory of different components required for the production.
