Limitedis an integrated steel plant having DRI, SMS, Power Plant, & also constructing Rolling Mills, Plate Plant, Ferro Plant, Blast Furnace, and Coke Oven employing around 1500contractualand around 600 on-roll employees.

Contract Labour ManagementChecking required documents (Statutory Forms, Previous Work Orders, and Wages Sheets etc.) of the new & existence Contractors. Issues required forms to the contractor. Check monthly payment bills of different contractors. Resolve IR issues regarding contractor (Union Casual) employees. Draft & manage Work Order for different Contractors.

Statutory Compliances  : Kknowledge in various labour laws, such as The Factories Act, Contract Labour (R& A) Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, ESI Act, EPF Act, Industrial ,Dispute Act.
Thorough knowledge in Statutory Compliance in relation to labour laws.

Laisining skill  : Skill of establishing & maintaining good rapport with Govt. Authorities, local politicians & Trade union leaders

Industrial Relations  :
Good experience in trade union management, negotiation with union on employee’s related issues, attending conciliation proceeding for settlement of industrial disputes. Liaison with Govt. agencies, handling of accidental cases/ compensation.

Monitors implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, and working conditions to ensure compliance with terms of labour contract. May represent management in labour contract negotiations. Eliminate labour problems with counseling. Taking disciplinary action. Motivating on-roll workers & union workers. To conduct periodical health check-up for employees.

Disciplinary Action  : Ability to prepare disciplinary related letters, viz: showcase notice, charge sheets, warning, suspension & dismissal & having knowledge to domestic enquiry.
Grievance Handling  :grievances of on-roll employees & contractual workers, keeping cordial relationship with employees & motivating them.
Employee Welfare  : Arrange for marriage gift as per company’s HR policies; coordinate with employees regarding loan / advance. Participate to arrange yearly Football / Cricket match among different departments Organizing weekly / monthly meeting and get-together in festivals and organizational achievements.
