During this experimental investigation, 3 major test were carried out :
Wear test : to find the loss in weight of composite on pin on disc machine
Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) test : to find the crystallization temperature of composite material for practical application in automobile.
** Mono leaf spring analysis by ansys software for volume fraction of 60% Glass fibre.

** Single / multi stage centrifugal pumps for process chemicals, effluent transfer, utility etc.
** Diaphragm type Reciprocating pumps for dosing purpose.
** Reciprocating and screw compressors for refrigeration and for other utility.

** Responsible for issuance of Welding Procedure Specification for Maintenance / fabrication work of process piping, tanks, heat exchangers etc (assuring with hydrotesting,N2 testing)
** Responsible for preparing technical specification of spare parts of machineries for procurement. & mintaining Critical equipments Spares as per priorities to over come breakdown time.
** Inspection of new equipments for project related job as per predesigned drawing ( for plant expansion / modification ).** All Plants Operation Care related responsibilities are checking by scheduling time. Like Rotary Equipments vibration, Temperature, oil seal leakage, Storage tank, Holding vessels thickness checking early base, Vacuum & Pressure system checking standard format wise.
** Monthly creating oil condition report of critical equipment using SKF oil testing kit.
** Responsible for checking measurements and keeping billing record in standard excel format of
external and internal vendors working for reaspective organization.
** Generating preventive, breakdown, material usage of individual plant report regularly and submission to head.
** Maintenance Department SAP updating, like Gate pass Creating, Pending Purchase Requisition
clearing, Maintenance RM/PM/MD/CV Orders clearing & closing. Bill entry etc.
