Having an experience in Boiler DCS Engineer in Lignite fired CFBC Boiler in thermal power plant 125 * 2 MW Boiler
Detail : Type - CFBC (with FBHE System) Make - BHEL Capacity - 405 TPH MS Temperature - 540 +/-5 Deg C MS Pressure - 131 Kg/cm2 Boiler hydrostatic-test - up to 160 Kg/cm2
Operation of 125MW CFBC Boiler 405TPH and its auxiliaries.
Synchronizing the CFBC Boiler.
Emergency handling of CFBC Boiler (Tripping, Grid Failure etc.)
Working for CFBC Boiler with BHEL makes Turbine with Water cooled condenser.
Responsible for safe Startup and Shutdown.
Have knowledge of hot & cold startup.
Ability to take quick action during emergencies.
Make periodic inspections to see that all equipment and controls are operating properly and are in good condition.
Maintain consumption and production records.
Maintain of Fans (ID, SA, PA,), blowers, coal feeders, control valves, Motorized and Inching valve (Main steam stop valve) and other drives to run the plant. - Preventive maintenance as well as breakdown maintenance, which are required for plant maintenance. Planning for shutdown work in annual maintenance. Performing the shutdown work and make plant better through Modifications.
Conducted regular observation on boilers and auxiliary units to identify any inconsistencies.

Job description :
Monitoring & maintenance of all critical components in CFBC boiler. Like Combustor, Cyclone, Seal pot/ Loop Seal, Fluidized Bed Heat Exchanger (FBHE), Ash coolers, Lignite Drag Link chain conveyor, Rotary air lock feeders (for fuel feeding, bed material feeding, Lime powder feeding and for bed ash conveying), Bed material bunker, Lime stone bunker, Lignite Bunker, Start up Burners, Bed Lances, Spiess Valve, Non Metallic Expansion Joints etc.
Planning of job schedule for boiler equipments like fans, blowers, root blowers etc.
Servicing and Maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps, Spiess valves and soot blowers.
Knowledge about attending of Pressure part tube leakages.
Safety valves setting & floating of boiler drum and main steam line.
To check the behaviors of the various equipments with optimum operation parameters and its reliable suitability to put into regular service.
To co-ordination and follow up with maintenance department on status of day to day routine maintenance, executing preventive and break down maintenance completion.
Managing the functions analytical, troubleshooting and preventive breakdown maintenance of various equipments.
